After taking an Honours Law Degree at the University of London in August 1967 I became admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in March 1968, thereafter was admitted as an Attorney at Law and Notary Public of the Supreme Court of the Turks & Caicos Islands in July 1989, thereafter was admitted as a Solicitor of the Courts in the Republic of Ireland during 1991, thereafter admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, People’s Republic of China in May 1997 and thereafter admitted as a Solicitor and Notary Public of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court at Anguilla in June 1998.
After first admission in 1968 I became a partner in the London City firm of Messrs Tarlo Lyons & Aukin which I left in 1972 to set up my own practice with partners as Samuel McCleery initially in Chancery Lane in London and thereafter set up offices in Grand Turk and in Anguilla.
I continue to practise law both in Grand Turk and Anguilla.
I specialised in London for 20 years in High Court litigation and corporate matters.
I am now wholly concerned in offshore corporate matters in Anguilla and the Turks & Caicos Islands : I am a Member of the Bar in both jurisdictions as well as being a Notary Public in both jurisdictions.
